I am a student and on a small disability pension. I want to share my desktop XP Home’s broadband connection with my 98se laptop in order not to be tied to the desk. My couch is only 20 feet from my desk and there are no walls between.
Isn’t there a way to let me share the broadband connection without having to buy a router??? The laptop has a 3com etherlink III lan card.
