Networking Problem

by dbart1 . Updated 24 years, 7 months ago

I have 3 PCs at home connected via a hub. All 3 PCs have a different Windows version – Win2KPro, Win98SE and Win95OSR2.5.
The problem is with the Win95 PC that it cannot browse the Win2000 PC although it can see the Win98 PC ok. I just want to beable to access the printer on the Win2K from Win95. The Win2K and Win98 can see the Win95 without any problems.
In Win95, I can ping and see the Win2K PC in Browse Network but when I try to open it I get a message to enter a password for \\win2K\IPC$ but I don’t know where the IPC$ share is coming from.
Any ideas..
