I’ve updated a win5 machine to XP – thanks to the Q&A – and now want to put it back on the nt workgroup.
I’ve only ever used 95/98 & NT so the interface looks strange and things aren’t were i’d expect them to be.
Are there any issues to look out for and is there a Microsoft Doc explaining how to network XP.
Also when installed the only desktop icon i can find is the recycle bin – is there a way to add the others.
NB: the machine only has 64 ram and will be upgraded to 256 asap
