Hey all, i just got a new computer off of ebay (one of the companies that sells computers on ebay, not a random person), and i am having issues with the videocard.
I have an nvidia 8600 gt 256mb dual dvi video card, hooked up to my monitor(vga) with a dvi to vga adapter. When i enable my videocard in device manager and restart windows i have a big problem. After it loads windows and you would get to the desktop or select profile screen, instead it shows some strange thing, and just my mouse. I can move the mouse around, but i cant do anything. I can start it in safe mode with my videocard enabled and there are no problems. The only way i can run normally is with my videocard disabled. please help!
