I would like to start an orientation for new employees within our immediate group (Information Services). Have a week 1, week 2 plan with 30, 60, 90 day followups. Does anyone have a plan that works for them now or any suggestions? I’m thinking along the lines of week 1 contain HR paperwork, orientation with company as a whole, orientation of the dept., review job description, expectations, services/initiatives, etc…; week 2 go a little deeper, etc…
