New logins to win 10 domain work station

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the first couple logins on a newly imaged machine going through with no problem. Then by the 4th or 5th new login , it either takes a very long time or never logs in at all. When I say new login , I am referring to a person logging on to a particular machine for the first time even though they have already logged on to other machines without issue. We have been getting around this by leaving the domain and rejoining.
