Hello, It good to see new young managers asking for help. Things in the start are going to be a bit rough so get as much people skills as you can. The best book I recommend for you is the one minute manager, you can pick it up at any book store. I have so EE evaluation forms that I'll send to you. Good luck with your new manager position.

Hello, Mostly, for the new managers are not really easy when they start. You need to review your management style and try to match with your people. If you really want to become the good management, try to take the BSM (business supervision management) course. It takes for 4 months, but you wil learn a lot of things for you whole life especially in management.

If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
