New PC Build with Radeon RX580 GPU not working

I just upgraded must of my PC components:
mobo: Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
GPU: XFX Radeon RX580 Black Edition 8GB
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G5
RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
I fresh installed Win10 but every time the GPU driver kicked in it stopped working. I had to make win10 not automatically update drivers so I could upgrade win10 and activate it from my account.

Finally, I did install GPU and mobo drivers and it boots for at least 3 to 4 minutes but then the video signal just stops and the keyboard lights also stop and nothing can be done except a reset.
Please help me.

What bios are you using? Uefi bios or uefi csm (legacy) mode? May be your 580 is not compatible with that mode.
