I’m currently doing work for a market research firm, and part of out job is to transcribe the tapes/dvds generated from group discussions. At the moment this is done manually, which takes forever, and I did look into normal transcription software, which would be of no use (for obvious reasons).
Does anyone know of transcribing software that can deal with group discussions and doesn’t have to be trained to a particular voice first?
