New user(s) not displayed on the Global Address List (Exchange 2003)

I created new users in my Active Directory Users and Computer (Windows Server 2003), and when i tried accessing the newly created users in the MS Outlook Global Address List, none of the users’ name was displaying on the list. Can anyone help me out, please
