hi, i need some help. I just bought a geforce 6200 256mb agpx8. When i plugged it in to my computer and try to press the start button it starts for .05 seconds and turns off. I had a 200 watt power supply at the time. But, there is not a problem when i take out the video card and use the integrated graphics. So, i bought a new power supply which the max is 600 watts. Still i have the same problem. The power supply works fine though. Please some one help me…

installing the video card while the computer is on or just install the card without installing the drivers and reboot using the new card.

say go into bios and disable the integrated graphics when I have noticed in your post that you are not even getting there.
Did you checked that the card is compatible with your motherboard?

You can check your motherboard spec and see if it has AGPx8.
As for the bios when you boot up your pc youe should see a message press “tab” or “delete” to go into bios settings.
