New W2K Server Environment

I’m a newbie to the W2K world (currently Novell minded) and would like everyone’s help. I’ve been given the task to redesigning our entire network operating system. We have a total of 3 Novell servers (1 server has it’s own domain and the other 2 serve another). I’ve managed to incorporate an Exchange w/AD and DHCP server into the mix and has run fine for the past 4 months, 1 year respectively. My question to all is: What advice can you give for setting up this new network, how to handle active directory and dns? My test environment seems to have flaws. All help is appreciated. Thanks.
