Greetings,
I have an HP Pavilion ZD7000 series notebook, XP Home SP2 with multiple strange issues.
1) When new windows open, such as when installing an app, the installation window opens behind anything else thats on the display. This also happens if for example, I open Administrative Tools, then D/C on Event Viewer, the viewer opens behind the administrative tools window.
2) Can’t select text in IE 6. Doesn’t matter what web site. They all do it.
3) The Master volume on the Volume Control applet, will not stay above zero. I slide it up to max and it slowly slides back down to zero. I have checked for other apps that might be taking control of the volume and I can’t find anything. No Winamp etc. Ive updated the device drivers from HP’s website.
