So on 10/3/2019 I decided to update my laptop because it kept telling me to. It finished and I liked how it look. Problem was that I couldn’t sign in because I couldn’t type out my password without the help of an external keyboard (which is what i’m currently using to type this). My password contained some of the following letters: e, r, u, i, o, p, and only these specific ones, which for some reason did not work. I decide to see if I could possibly fix it before asking a technician to do it.

    I needz help plez

Could you try to perform a Power Drain on the laptop and check if the issue remains? You can follow the steps below.

      1. Unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery.
      2. Hold the Power button down for at least 10 sec.
      3. Install the battery back and plug in the AC adapter and try powering on the system.

Let us know how it goes.
