New York most polite city

Recent study by reader digest of 36 cities around the world found the most polite to be…..New York City, followed by Zurich and Toronto.

Amazingly Dawg’s hometown ranked 21st – but how can that be? Given that Dawg is so …genteel?

Sorry to say that Vancouver was not on the list of tested cities.
