I am running a new install of win2k server on Time Warner’s Road Runner service(cable modem). I would like to house my website on my own server to run streaming video and other apps. But, I can only use DHCP to get an IP–Time Warner wont give me a static IP address. Would it still be possible to run a webserver from my PC even though I have no permanent IP? Thank you!
