Newly deployed machines able to do nslookup but ping returns nothing

Hi all,
Recently i deployed some PCs and by using nslookup in CMD i can find it, but when i tried to ping the said computer it returns as request time out.
I am using Alloy Discovery Express 8 and i can’t audit as well, most of the old computers are also the same.
If anyone has any ideas or solutions please do share.
