I wanted on some advice as to what I should do. I had just graduated with a BA in techncial management with a concentration in computer networking..I have not yet got any experience with the IT Field and wanted to know what would be my best bet to get started. My interests was actually information security and wanted to get certified on few certificates. Does anyone know any good ones that are the most recognizable..Also, would a help desk support be something that I should begin with since I have no experience at all.
