NiceWork helpdesk – what are your thoughts?Locked
I’m looking for a new web-based helpdesk and I stumbled upon NiceWork on google.
Anyone here tried it? Apparently it’s still in beta, but it looks pretty good and they got a pretty compelling beta offer…
I’m part of a company with a total of 5 employees and need a solution that can handle tickets, assets and software licenses.
Would this be a good solution for me? or do you have a better one?
