No Access to Domains

I had a PDC that went down. I took the BDC and promoted it to PDC. In this domain everything works fine inturnally. But they have to other domains for other resources. In this domain, when you click on network neighborhood, you can see the domain. When you click on the domain, you can see the servers, but when you click on a server I get a message:

There are currently no logon servers available to to service your request.

When I am at the other domain with the recources, I can access thefirst domain fine…
I have removed and replaced trust relationships.
