no adminstrator-rights-win2k

1. i have had the problem on a customers pc that he entered anything in the password section at windows-start. i could solve this access-problem by using the petter nordahl-hagen-method.
it was a bit tricky since i did not know everything what had to be done in dos. finally i could enter win2k.
2. a small problem are the following pop-ups:
screen-loupe (window with settings)
system error-unable to open dialogue

3. main problem is: i cannot run defrag or install norton-system works. ihave no administrator-rights.

btw: i have no ntfsdos.
