when i boot up it reads there is a toshiba cd .i have win 3.1 on machine cd light comes on and flashes off and on 3 times and does nothing.says it is E drive but when i type e:\ and hit enter it goes to e:\ but cd don’t light up or nothing.i type dir/p it reads cdbusy hit abort,retry.please help
