No Compatibility tab under Properties in Word 2007 Options

By bluejeanstech ·
I have a user who is running Vista with MS Office 2007 Home and Student edition on his PC. Every time he opens a Word document, the screen resolution on his PC changes from the native resolution to 640X480. This is not a zoom issue in Word - his desktop resolution actually changes. I googled this and found a possible solution - right-click the Word icon, select Properties, and on the Compatibility tab, make sure the checkbox allows the selection "Run in 640X480 screen resolution" is UNCHECKED.

However, my user only has 4 tabs in the Properties box - and Compatibility is not one of them. I am running Windows XP with Office 2007 Enterprise Edition through a Citrix license and I have all 6 tabs, including Compatibility so I am assuming this is a difference in editions of MS Office. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Can someone please tell me where to find this setting in the Home and Student edition so I can help this user with this annoying issue?
