I have a Gateway 4010 that stopped powering up. That is to say, the fan comes on but the blue light on power switch does not, and the screen is black save for the “…signal cable error…” message. Also, when I plug the unit in, the fan automatically comes on without the power button being pushed. What’s the deal?
