I’m getting a ‘No Dial Tone’ message when trying to dial out on any modem I put in the PC. The PNP modem configures OK in Windows 98 as COM3. There are no interrupt conflicts. I’ve tried 2 modems which I know are OK. The PC has a AMD 350 Mhz processor, 64 MB RAM, 30G HD.
