No explorer window refresh

I recently had to delete my local profile. Everything is pretty much back now, except that in my Windows Explorer window, if I create a new file or folder (by right-clicking), I can’t see it until I refesh the view. Same thing if I rename or delete a file.

Where is the setting to fix this?
