Recently, I’ve found that when I try to download a file from the ‘net, using IE6, XP Media Center, as soon as I click Save File, I get kicked off the web site I was in, and the file is not downloaded. I can however, run the file from the site. I’m sure it’s a security setting, but I can’t find it. I have Spyware Doctor, ZoneAlarm, McAfee Security Center (comes with Dell) but can’t find a setting that would prevent file downloads. I would think that something like that would prompt me, rather than kicking me completely out of the site.
Any thoughts?
