No Forwarding by recipient

I want to send a document to a number of people however they wish to be able to prevent the document from being on-forwarded by the recipients. How we can do this.. As I know this is possible

I don't think you can do this without a third party application such as available from a company like Interosa.

Remember, even if you disable the forward feature, (which, again, I don't think you can securely) people can cut, paste, and copy, unless you use a product like the one referenced above.

In reality you can't do this. Some e-mail programs (on a network) may be able to have the forward command disabled though properties on the particual accounts, but in whole it is not possible. Sine as the previous poster mentioned what would stop them from cut & pasting the mail and sending it. Or printing it out or retyping it. There is no pratical (sp) solution.
