No internet/usb drivers after installing windows 7

I had windows 7 on my pc and I decided to upgrade to windows 10, but I didn’t like it so I went back to windows 7 but several drivers were not installed. I can’t search the internet for drivers and I can’t download them on another device and transfer to my computer.

Which driver is exactly not working?
Go to control panel, open device manager and check which device manager is not working,
Uninstall the driver which is not working and then Restart your computer.
Check if the problem is resolved or not.

As the said OP said already what driver aren’t working right now? You even didn’t list them here. I suggest you to read this article https://windowsmaximizer.com/blog/what-are-system-drivers/. I hope this will help you to give a better idea how does a system drivers work.
