Dear Sir,
1of my client formatted his system, and took back up of OE6 / Outlook Express 6 manually by copping DBX files from identites folder but he forgot to copy “folder.dbx” and when tried to resotre back its not restoring nd giving error message
‘No messages can be found in this folder or another application is running that has the required files open. Please select another folder or try closing applications that may have files open.’
no when he informed me this i copied folder.dbx from his March back up to this and was able to restore 2-3 folder but other folder it is not restoring and some not show too
Kindly help as his mail data is much important and he is my best cleint who did this work from other person
Pls help
