No Name Folder in MY COMPUTER Folder

I used a BIOS Password crack tool to reset the BIOS password on a Sony Picturebook a client traded for some work. I successfully reset the bios password, but there now is a folder with no name in the “My Computer” folder on the desktop in Windows 98.

I cannot delete this directory, and double-clicking the folder does nothing. Right-mouse clicking the folder only provides Cut, Create Shortcut, and Delete options – all of which do nothing.
