No network connections???

Hello,
I am currently running a web server with Windows 2000 Server edition. I have all the updates and patches from Microsoft. I just installed another network card and when I went into set the ip statically, I realized that all my connections were gone. I have three cards in the machine now, one for the personal internet, one for one web site and the new card for the other web site I will be hosting. Now my problem is that I can’t see any of those connection when I right click on NetworkNeighborhood and go into properties. The funny thing is that none of the functionality of the other two cards has diminished, they still work fine, but I need to statically assign that other card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
