Outlook express will not send email at all.It will receive but not send out.Have checked with isp,msn,modem company.Have verified properties of pop3 and smtp fields,still no results.I have a satellite modem,but use a local isp.The mail worked for awhile then quit while trying to use “Pretty Good Privacy” I have uninstalled both IE5.5 and PGP Reinstalled several timesJust IE 5.5 No Results.Still receive no send.I miss my mail so installed aol(ugh)but it works for now only temp solution.Please help.BTW new add Nomadss@aol.com techrep won’t let me change it.
