No POST anymore

Computer was running fine but noticed HD acting funny. Went and bought new HD Formatted and put on new OS. Took and added old drive as a slave to find drivers for the NIC. Now it will not POST, even took off slave and drives, did all of the reseating of cards and RAM and still nothing. Anyone got another idea.
