Hello;
I bought a used computer that had xp pro already on it.My hard drive acted up and I bought a Xp pro boot cd that did not help the old hard drive. I have recently had to replace the hard drive. I tried using the boot cd to install xp pro on it but it wants a code and of course I dont have one and no cd for the computer. I cant afford to buy the cd that was the reason for buying a used computer (very little money). I tried slaving my old drive in order to use the key finder programs with no luck, they only give me the key for the computer that I enslave my hard drive to not the one off my hard drive. How do I go about finding what my key code is? what do I do?
