Hi,
I have a Small Business Server v4.5 and
clients running Outlook 2000.
I have set up public folders in the Exchange
Server, giving the clients access to a
common address book and some public
calendars.
Now, the users can see and edit the public
calendars, but when an appointment is due,
they do not get any reminder notes.
The reminder notes seem to work only with
Outlook’s built-in calendar, not with any
user-defined ones.
I can add that the setup is a lawyer who
has two secretaties. He or the secretaries should be able to enter appointments, of
which he wants to be noted about when they
are due.
Any hints or solutions would be greatly
appreciated.
