I am using a BackOffice4.5 server and I am trying to disable mail relaying. However when I tried to open the IMS properties, I receive an error which says ‘Extension smtp could not be loaded’ with the options to ignore, retry or abort, I can only view the properties only when I ignore. Now the problem. The routing tab in which I need to disable mail relaying is not in there.
What seams to be the problem?????
