No run function and seach don't work in folders

By kobus ·
Hello,
I have lost the function of the search in my folders. I can click on the search but nothing happens.
I have also los the run function when I click on the start and if I go to the setting on the classic start menu, there are only the taskbar & start menu and nothing ells.
Can anyone please tell me how to fix it?
I have NOD32 and Super antispyware to protect my computer.
Thank you
