In Outlook 2000 I do not have a send and receive button. There is not even one to add from the add buttons menu. If I reinstall office or run the detect and repair, the button will appear for about 5 seconds and then disappear.I tried the registry repair in MS article ID Q162248 and it did not work either. I have even uninstalled Office and reinstalled which did not work. HELP!!!
