When I create audio CDs from .MP3 files with a Ricoh MP9060 drive at 1x or 2x speed using Easy CD Creator, the recording session is successful, but when attempting to play the disc, with ANY CD player software there is no sound. The CD is recognizedas an audio CD, and everything appears normal EXCEPT that when played, there is no sound. Playback is fine for audio files, prerecorded audio CDs, recorded CDs from other system. I am always below the capacity of the disk according to the usage barat the bottom of the window. I can create data CDs with no problems. I follow the instructions in the software, but I have not been able to create a usable audio CD. I upgraded the software from version 4.01 to 4.05 according to the instructions on the Roxio web site with no change in results. What am I missing? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a limit to the number of tracks that can be recorded? Is the actual capacity below what the capacity used indicator shows? What procedure should be used? Any information would be helpful. HELP!!
