I have dumped and reinstalled drivers. There are two question marks in device drivers that I can’t figure out what they are. The automatic search for the drivers comes up kaput. In AUDIO -Sound Playback it’s greyed out with NO PREFERRED DEVICES. The other two have preferred devices in the boxes (Crystal Sound Fusion). I don’t know what to do at this point, have been looking for an answer for two whole days. I have been to the Thinkpad website, the sound card website, and haven’t found anything that is helpful. Not a computer expert, unfortunately. Thanks for any suggestions.
