No transport provider was available

by frwohl . Updated 24 years, 7 months ago

I have a small office with Exchange 5.5 and a few desktops. Email has been running fine. Recently, one client running Outlook 2000 on Win98 can no longer send email, all are returned; “No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.” She can still recieve email and has network functions. Her computer also is the one that shares out Internet access via a DSL. Everyone else is OK, but I can’t get email out. I check the server and there are no limits on messages. She didn’t have personal folders, although I can see the .pst files, but adding anyone of them made no difference. I inherited this stuff and can’t see anything obvious. Any ideas?
