NO USER ID IN THE LOG ON SCREEN OF WINDOWS XP

by moh.batra . Updated 19 years, 3 months ago

I created a limited access account for my friend on windows xp keeping myself as the administrator but now when i start windows xp it takes me to the log on screen but does not show any user icons to click. I cannot log on since there is no user accounts shown at all.
I tried to log on by hitting ctrl-alt-delet twice and it gives me the log in screen but fails to log on saying the domain is incorrect. I dont mind reformatting my hard disk but i need to back up and save my data and unfortunately my drive is not partitioned !!
Please help !
