Windows shut down unexpectedly and when trying to log have no user acct on log in screen. Can ctr alt del to get to log in have tried to use all passwords on all acts but it will not let me in.. have tried putting a disk in drive and reformating but does not see the os on disk.. Im totaly lost on how to get into the drive at this time.
