Recently client a ASM lap top,so that I could troubleshoot a modem problem
Upon plugging in the laptop and pushing the on button,I am not getting any thing on the display screen
The hard drive spins up,but nothing comes up on the screen,what couldbe the problem.
I thought the battery was low and proceeded to charge the battery,to no avail the display still does not show anything.
The request is for any and all “HELP”
