I’m working on one of my user’s PC’s and the main problem that they are having is when they play songs on MP 11 the songs play. But when they try and play videos on MP 11 all you get is the sound and no video, what’s worse is when the video reaches the end and stops playing it locks up the entire PC. If you try and close MP 11 the PC locks up. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled Media Player and it still does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
