hi there.i have a problem with my pc.i installed windows vista on it and wanted to set up my t.v tuner card on it which was already installed in my pc for a long time.windows media centre didn’t pick it up so i decided to reseat the card.i turned off my pc,pulled out the power cable and then took out the card to blow it clean.i then receated it and switched on my pc.everything spinned and lighted up how it should but my video signal didn’t come on and my dvd romms wouldn’t open.help please?
