My ISA sound card finally gave up with what Win98 was indicating as card BIOS errors. I purchased a new, no frils, PCI card (Sound Blaster PCI64. After fixing some IRQ conflicks with my video card, I got the card up and working; however, the volume ICON we all now and love is not in the lower right corner desktop tray. TO adjust my speaker volume, I must open the “Volume Control” program itself.
How do I get the tray table ICON back???
