No zero from numeric pad in DOS mode

I have a computer wich can not display number ZERO from the numeric keypad (Ins key)to DOS programs, even when this same key works well in any windows program.

I have tested different keyboard…keyboard is fine, and indeed the NumLock is activated.
Does anybody has an answer to this X-files case?
