I am working on a friend’s computer that quit booting. His power supply fan was fried and his CPU heatsink had come part way off. I have replaced the power supply and CPU heatsink/fan. When I turn on system, all the fans turn but I get nothing on the screen. Also the system emits a series of long beeps. My suspicions are either the MB or CPU. The CPU shows no signs of overheating (i.e. scorch marks, etc.) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
